'Himalayan Dreams'- Snow leopard mug

This mug depicts my original 'Himalayan Dreams' painting of a snow leopard surrounded by blue Himalayan poppies.  

For the original piece, I wanted to capture the calm nature of a snow leopard, but in a way that felt soft and full of life. I used lots of water to allow the watercolour paint to move and drip naturally on the page, in order to create a beautiful, and free-flowing piece of art. The blue Himalayan poppies are native to the home of snow leopard, and they felt like the perfect companion—delicate, but strong— just like the snow leopard. This piece depicts the essence of the snow leopard, whilst also echoing their natural environment. 

This mug would make the perfect addition to the home of someone who finds peace and love within nature.
